Swimming Mount's Bay is a lavish publication detailed 15 different swims from Mousehole to Perranuthnoe. There was no better way for Penny and her swim buddy Sand to explore the history and nature of Mount's Bay than by taking to  the water and swimming along the coastline. Each swim is described with details of entry and exits, safety and cake stops.
