The little kestrel that hovers over the north coast displaying its glorious colours has been startled and vanishes into a stand of sycamores. He's right on the edge there but this is not a comfortable place for him. There are plenty of other, much larger, birds of prey around this spot but it won't be long before he emerges again.. .
